Philippine Airlines (PAL) will restore its nonstop Manila–Dubai service on October 2, 2026, reconnecting the Philippines with one of the Middle East’s leading aviation, business and tourism hubs.

The flag carrier will initially operate four weekly flights between Manila and Dubai every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The airline plans to gradually increase the route to daily service as operational conditions allow.

The resumed service will strengthen travel options for overseas Filipino workers, business travellers, tourists and cargo customers while enhancing connectivity between the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai also serves as a major gateway to destinations across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

The return of the route coincides with easier travel requirements for many Filipinos visiting the UAE. Eligible Philippine passport holders can now obtain a visa on arrival if they hold a valid visa, residence permit or Green Card issued by the United States, the European Union/Schengen Area, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada or New Zealand.

To celebrate the relaunch, Philippine Airlines is offering a promotional all-inclusive roundtrip fare from US$650 for a limited time, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Flight Schedule (from October 2, 2026):

  • PR 658 – Manila to Dubai: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, departing Manila at 12:50 pm and arriving in Dubai at 6:00 pm.

  • PR 659 – Dubai to Manila: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, departing Dubai at 7:45 pm and arriving in Manila at 9:10 am the following day.
